DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We work with a next day delivery timeline. However, you will get your order delivered to you same day if it is made before 8AM (excluding Sundays and holidays). Please note that orders placed on a Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Order processing:
All orders are processed from our Nairobi location.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you have provided.

Local shipping:
Shipping times depend on your location. If you are within Nairobi, you'll get your order the next day, or same day if the order is placed before 8AM. Deliveries for outside Nairobi, within Kenya will take 2-3 days. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a tracking link from our shipping carrier, Sendy - where you will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

Local delivery costs
We are located in, and ship from Nairobi, Kenya. You will be able to select one of the following shipping options at checkout:

Free shipping (Kenya only) for orders above KSH 7500 0
Shipping within Kenya Ksh 350
 

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you live outside Kenya, you may be subject to import and duty fees.
Please note that delivery times range from 5 - 20 days. Depending on your location, the carrier may not keep the tracking information updated. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local postal services to see if their items have arrived in any country outside of Kenya. If an item is returned to us because it is unclaimed, the buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed. 

NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA FEDEX IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED. 

Once the order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking their package. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information for any changes and or any delays. We’re able to assist with filing a loss claim with packages that have delayed over 10-15 business days. Please contact us for assistance.

Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address or intercept the package. If a package is marked/tracked as "Delivered" and the wrong address was provided, Nalani Women will not process a refund for that package. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.

Shipping notification simply means that the carrier was electronically notified by Nalani Women to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the carrier or the actual mailing date of the package. Delivery status information is provided if/when available. Information is updated periodically, but there may be occasional delays. Please check again later.
